A PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed 2026 Fire District Budget for the West Crescent Fire District will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday October 23rd, 2025 at the West Crescent Fire Station, 1440 Crescent Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065, in the Town of Halfmoon, State of New York.

Pursuant to Town Law s105, the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, and allow the public to comment on the budget at the hearing.

The purpose of the public hearing is to allow any person to be heard in favor or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same.

A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Halfmoon at 1 Halfmoon Town Plaza, Halfmoon, NY 12065 and the Town Clerk of the Town of Clifton Park, 1 Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park, NY 12065, where it may be inspected by any interested person during office hours 8am - 4pm, Monday thru Friday, or from the Fire District Secretary at 1440 Crescent Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065 where it may be inspected by any interested person by calling 518-371-7478 to make an appointment to inspect a copy.
